The grant program aims to fund autistic led and centered organizations and initiatives, particularly those facilitating the transition from school to adulthood in the areas of home, work, and social. Grants of up to $25,000 are available to support the creation and maintenance of quality living environments, help autistic adults gain and retain employment, and assist in building social connections and relationships. The program is designed to address the specific needs within these three categories or any combination thereof for autistic adults.
