To enrich the quality of life of Silver Creek-Irving residents by providing a means for investing and disbursing funds within the community to benefit charitable needs and opportunities.
The Community Grants Program reviews proposals bi-annually to fund projects that benefit the northern Chautauqua community. It invites nonprofit organizations to first submit a Letter of Interest, followed by a full proposal upon selection. The program focuses on projects within areas such as arts and culture, the environment, health and human services, and neighborhood revitalization. Priority is given to projects that show a high potential for community benefit, have capable personnel, include meaningful collaborations, and can leverage additional funds or resources.
