The NRA Foundation's mission is focused on providing financial support to enhance the shooting sports, including education, safety, and marksmanship. Through fundraising and donations, the Foundation awards grants for educational and public service programs in communities across the United States.
The NRA Foundation: Kansas Grants program offers funding to projects that align with the Foundation's mission to further charitable activities as defined by the Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3). Eligible projects must support firearms and shooting sports safety, education on firearms and their history, hunting safety, marksmanship, and foster activities that contribute to the well-being of the public. The grants also aim to support research related to firearms safety and marksmanship, as well as activities supporting the National Rifle Association of America's charitable, educational, or scientific purposes. Eligibility and funding amounts are determined by the Foundation.
