The mission of the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) is to build healthy and vibrant communities throughout Ontario by investing in community-based initiatives and strengthening the impact of Ontario’s non-profit sector.
System Innovations Grants are designed to support collaboratives in understanding, strategizing, and working collectively to enhance systems for youth, specifically prioritizing Indigenous and Black young people. These grants aim for a term length between a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 6 years, covering activities like groundwork involving planning and preparation for systems change, and implementation which involves executing research, theories of change, and plans.
