Community Grants Program - Fall Cycle

    From The Oregon Community Foundation

The Oregon Community Foundation (OCF) strives to increase Oregon’s cultural visibility and vitality by supporting unique opportunities for Oregonians to engage with innovative arts and culture.

    Type of Support

    Overview

The grant program aims to support the needs of Oregon communities, recognizing that these needs significantly exceed the available funds. In 2023, it faced a considerable disparity between the requests totaling $44.1 million and its budget of $9.9 million. As a result, a large percentage of applications were declined. For the Fall 2024 cycle, the focus will be on organizational enhancement, including capacity-building, programs/projects, and capital funding. The program emphasizes competitive applications, indicating a high degree of selectivity in awarding funds to applicants.
