    The Oregon Community Foundation (OCF) strives to increase Oregon’s cultural visibility and vitality by supporting unique opportunities for Oregonians to engage with innovative arts and culture.

    Type of Support

    Overview

    The grant program aims to support Oregon communities by funding organizations that may not have ample resources, with a significant focus on smaller, rural, and culturally specific or responsive entities. For the 2025 Spring Cycle, competitive organizations should fit into one or more of the following categories: 

    1. Small rural organizations in Oregon located in and serves a community (or communities) with a population of 35,000 or less and is not directly adjacent to (or part of) a metropolitan area of 50,000 or more.
    2. Culturally specific organizations that serve a distinct cultural community and are primarily staffed and led by members of that community.
    3. Culturally responsive organizations that adapt their services to maximize respect for and relevance to the beliefs, practices, culture and linguistic needs of diverse populations and communities.
