The mission of the Community Foundation is to enhance the quality of life for all citizens of Owen County, now and for the generations to come. Through their Community Investment Grants, they aim to address diverse and responsive funds to support a vibrant and strong community in Owen County.
The Owen County Community Foundation supports the work of local nonprofit organizations to positively impact the quality of life and strengthen the economy and health of the Owen County community. It does so by sharing knowledge about the nonprofit sector and strengthening nonprofit organizations through grants and training. Grants awarded by this fund provide assistance for Emergency Food and Shelter programs to purchase food supplies for Owen County residents.
