The mission of the Oxalosis & Hyperoxaluria Foundation (OHF) is focused on supporting research into the causes and treatment of hyperoxaluria, a rare condition. By funding research, OHF aims to advance understanding and enhance treatment options for those affected by this condition.
The OHF grants program aims to support innovative research into the causes and treatments of hyperoxaluria and its related conditions. The foundation is committed to funding projects that hold promise for identifying new diagnostics, treatments, and a definitive cure for primary hyperoxaluria and associated disorders. With a funding offer of up to $200,000 total cost per project, selected through a competitive review process, the OHF welcomes applications for research initiatives that may span up to two years. Eligible expenses under this grant include personnel, supplies, travel, and equipment, with the possibility to request indirect costs up to 10% of the direct costs, excluding equipment expenditures.
