This grant, provided by Project Lead The Way (PLTW), aims to support schools across the U.S. in implementing the PLTW Launch program for the first time. It is designed to encourage a wide array of schools to apply, including private, charter, rural, and those serving a high percentage of students eligible for free or reduced lunch or a majority-minority student population. The grant covers PLTW Launch participation fees and online core training registration fees, with a maximum of 24 training seats awarded per school. The focus is on broadening access to the PLTW Launch program, particularly in diverse educational settings, to foster an inclusive approach to STEM education.
