Quest for Health Equity Grant

Quest for Health Equity (Q4HE) collaborates with organizations across many sectors to drive change and empower better health in underserved communities. We select initiatives based on alignment to our mission, a demonstrated focus on low-income communities and communities of color, and the potential for sustainable impact. We aim to address the social determinants of health that create barriers for historically marginalized communities, as well as inequities within the healthcare system.

Goals:

• Collaborating with communities on community-led health equity priorities
• Providing no-cost lab testing and resources to communities in need
• Providing accessible health information on wellness and screening
• Working to make the science behind diagnostics more equitable
• Supporting efforts to increase diversity in healthcare workers and scientific studies
• Funding research and solutions to address disparities in diagnosis
• Funding research to address inequities in diagnostic protocols
