Hillman Emergent Innovation Grant

The Hillman Emergent Innovation Program offers one-year grants of $50,000 to accelerate the development of bold, nursing-driven interventions aimed at addressing the needs of vulnerable populations. These populations include the economically disadvantaged, racial and ethnic minorities, LGBTQ people, people experiencing homelessness, rural populations, and others. The program prioritizes creative, early-stage innovations (either untested or with minimal evidence) that propose new approaches to health and healthcare challenges. Each year, up to five grants are awarded to support these objectives, functioning as a complement to the Hillman Innovations in Care initiative.
