To advance inclusive, engaged, and equitable Greater Denver communities through values-driven philanthropy. Our mission is inspired by our Jewish roots and legacy, aiming for a thriving region strengthened by its diversity and generosity. Since our inception in 1995, following the sale of Rose Medical Center established by Denver's Jewish community, our commitment has remained to uphold philanthropy, community service, and excellence, shaping our efforts in the Greater Denver region.
The Roots & Branches grant program is designed for Jewish organizations in the Greater Denver region that create safe and welcoming environments for diverse groups within the Jewish community, including individuals of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people with disabilities. Grant recipients participate in a seven-month program that emphasizes strategic philanthropy, leveraging up to $50,000 in grants to support their missions. This initiative not only aims to address specific community needs but also to nurture the next generation of philanthropic leaders within the Jewish community.
