Overview

The William & Lottie Daniel Fund Child Care Scholarship aims to provide financial support to licensed nonprofit child care facilities that align with the donor’s intent and community initiatives for child development in Santa Barbara County. It targets facilities serving children from infancy through age five, as well as school-age children up to sixth grade, prioritizing those that contribute to Kindergarten Readiness Networks or community-wide child development objectives. The scholarship supports Santa Barbara County residents who are working parents or guardians, requiring them to pay a portion of the tuition and have their child enrolled full-time.
