The Santa Fe Community Foundation aims to enhance the quality of life in the communities it serves by investing in efforts that focus on health, education, social equity, and cultural richness.
The Santa Fe Baby Fund grant program aims to support nonprofits in Mora, Rio Arriba, San Miguel, and Santa Fe counties that are focused on infants and toddlers, their caretakers, and the early childhood workforce. It particularly encourages applications from organizations led by Black, Indigenous, immigrant, and people of color. The program's funding priorities include increasing access to high-quality, affordable infant and toddler care, supporting the early childhood workforce, improving access to reproductive health services for adolescents and young adults, aiding young parents (ages 24 and under) and their infants and toddlers, and assisting grandparents or other non-parent kin raising infants and toddlers. Additionally, advocacy and movement-building work related to these priorities are also eligible for consideration.
