• Meet a community need where there is a demonstrated demand.
• Have a broad impact or benefit underserved populations.
• Feature measurable outcomes, including a plan for documenting results and ensuring long-term sustainability.
• Demonstrate effective financial accountability with diversified income streams.
• Involve collaboration with other organizations to enhance the quality and reach of services.
• Complement rather than duplicate existing non-profit work.
• Are submitted by organizations with at least three years of operational experience in full service to others. Additionally, the specific program or project applying for the grant must have at least one complete year of operation with a report demonstrating measurable impact.
