Silicon Valley Community Foundation’s Donor Circle for the Arts aims to support emerging artists working with underserved populations and to expand arts opportunities for the diverse cultural communities in the Silicon Valley region. Since 2008, they have granted over $752,500 to emerging arts organizations within this mission.
The Faith: Community Action Grants focus on supporting faith-based leaders and organizations working to strengthen interfaith and race relations, invest in community leadership, increase civic participation, and provide services to local communities of color and undocumented individuals. The grant supports efforts aiming for systemic change in Silicon Valley through racial justice, community-centered leadership, and program design and implementation. Eligible organizations can apply for general operating support or specific program support, with a priority on secular engagement, partnerships, community needs, and tactics that contribute to power-building.
