It aims to respectfully reconnect cultures and ecosystems, focusing on the preservation and recovery of Pacific Northwest ecosystems.

    The Student Research Grants program by SERNW offers up to $3,000 to support student research aimed at improving the restoration of natural systems in the greater Northwest ecoregion, including Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana, Idaho, and Northern California. The grant may cover various project-related expenses, such as lab fees, travel costs, materials, and offsetting the cost of living during the project.
