The Beth E. Buchanan Scholarship supports students aiming for excellence in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, with a particular emphasis on research or practices addressing how work and organizations influence major social concerns. This includes a focus on issues affecting lower-income workers, management of work and family roles, types of work-family conflict, and effective coping mechanisms for such conflicts.
