The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Foundation aims to enhance the well-being of employees and the performance of organizations through the science and application of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
This annual grant targets graduate students embarking on a master’s thesis or an equivalent project (in settings without formal theses) or conducting a doctoral dissertation. The research must focus on leaders and/or teams with an emphasis on organizational innovation, learning, and/or performance, ensuring that the findings have tangible, real-world applications.
