The Vibrant Communities Mental Health Grant Program is dedicated to addressing mental health priorities across the St. Croix Valley Foundation’s service area, acknowledging the spectrum of mental health from prevention to management. It seeks to fund a wide range of programs that support various aspects of mental health and wellbeing. These programs may focus on prevention for at-risk individuals and families, improving access to mental health services, aiding in the identification and diagnosis of mental health conditions, providing treatment and intervention based on specific diagnoses, and assisting in the management of symptoms for those with diagnosed mental health conditions.
