    Overview

    The NJ Clean Construction Program focuses on reducing environmental pollution by funding retrofits of off-road construction equipment. The grant aims to support the installation of pollution control devices on non-road construction equipment, covering 100% of the cost for both the device and its installation. The primary goal is to decrease emissions of particulate matter, VOCs, and NOx, which are known precursors to ozone, thereby improving air quality.
