(TFTF) is a not-for-profit organization founded by Neil Mellen in 2000 with the mission to support entities and institutions aiding people in need throughout New England - including Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Rhode Island - and beyond in areas such as social, health, welfare, education, and other human services.
