The Alumni Grants Program seeks to support projects led by alumni of U.S. government-supported exchange programs towards the economic growth and workforce development of youth and women in Kazakhstan, particularly in high-growth industries such as information technology, e-commerce, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, and tourism. The program focuses on enhancing employability and competitiveness of young professionals and boosting women's economic empowerment through professional development, mentorship, partnership opportunities, and advocacy against gender biases in the workplace.
