English Programs Fund (353253)

The English Programs Fund is designed to provide youth and young adults, primarily aged 16-35, with English language skills and capacity-building projects that improve employment opportunities and foster a deeper understanding of U.S. society and culture. The program specifically aims to:

• Equip youth and young adults with English skills that enable access to a broader range of information, new networks, and opportunities for employment and academic growth.
• Offer a capacity-building program that prepares participants for academic advancement and successful employment, with a strong focus on displaced Armenian youth of Nagorno-Karabakh to aid in their integration and workforce preparation.
