The Democracy Commission Small Grants Program (SGP) focuses on evaluating the impact of previously awarded grants to NGOs and CSOs in the last 15 years and creating a network among these grantees. The program welcomes applications from Kazakhstan-based organizations with a proven track record in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) or in data analysis and network convening. The grants aim to support projects that align with the Public Diplomacy Section’s goals, including capacity building within civil society, fostering open dialogues on critical societal issues, and promoting systemic change for a more democratic Kazakhstan.
