The grant's primary goal is to enhance key components of the Ugandan health system by focusing on health care financing, human resources for health, health information systems, and community health systems. It aims to offer customized technical assistance to Uganda's Ministry of Health to help in the development, updating, testing, and dissemination of policies, strategies, tools, models, standards, guidelines, approaches, and evidence-based intervention packages. These resources are designed to be utilized by the central government, districts, health facilities, and communities to boost the health system's performance.
