The grant program aims to establish and support the Southeast New England Program Technical Assistance Network (The SNEP Network) to provide critical support to local communities, municipalities, and Tribes. It is focused on enhancing local capacity to undertake and develop environmental projects. Key areas of support include offering customized training, consultation, and other services tailored to the unique needs of the region. This includes assistance in financial and environmental decision-making, project design and implementation, stormwater management, and watershed restoration planning, all directed towards improving the environmental and economic health of southeast New England.
