    Overview

    The 2024 Port Infrastructure Development Program (PIDP) grants aim to enhance the safety, efficiency, or reliability of the movement of goods through ports and their intermodal connections. With up to $450,000,000 available for funding, these competitive grants support eligible infrastructure projects that comply with all Federal requirements, including "Buy America" stipulations. The Maritime Administration (MARAD) oversees the program, which is planned to provide detailed application and program requirements by February 16, 2024.
