The FY 2024 Online Professional English Network (OPEN) Program seeks to enhance the skills of English language educators and learners through a comprehensive suite of online resources. This includes professional development courses for teachers, language learning courses for students, virtual exchanges, webinars, and an active alumni community. The program emphasizes accessibility and innovation in TESOL education, offering these resources through an online Learning Management System (LMS) to reach a global audience. It supports the goal of improving English language education worldwide, catering to the needs of U.S. embassies and their respective regions or countries.
