The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) is one of six Program Offices within the Office of Justice Programs at the U.S. Department of Justice. Through OVC, the Fund supports a broad array of programs and services that focus on helping victims in the immediate aftermath of crime and continuing to support them as they rebuild their lives.
This grant program, organized by the Office for Victims of Crime, aims to enhance the capabilities of community-based organizations targeting underserved communities. Its main goals are to support adolescent and youth victims of human trafficking by developing organizational capacity for mentorship, along with offering training and technical assistance to those organizations.
