The OVC FY24 VOCA Victim Assistance Formula Grant Program aims to better the treatment of crime victims by offering necessary assistance, support, and services for their restoration and healing. It targets the improvement of state and territory crime victim assistance programs and provides funding to local community-based organizations and public agencies servicing crime victims.
