The CRISI Program aims to support a broad spectrum of projects within the United States to enhance railroad safety, efficiency, and reliability, reduce congestion at critical rail points for both freight and intercity passenger travel, improve multi-modal connections, and encourage the development or significant improvement of Intercity Passenger Rail Transportation corridors.
