For the fiscal year 2024, it specifically focuses on exploring four research priorities: advancing prosecution practice and resource management, promoting fair prosecution and the impartial administration of justice, building prosecution data resources along with research capacity and transparency, and enhancing the prosecution workforce as well as the court workgroup, with the goal of understanding their impact on various aspects of the prosecution process including charging, case flow, outcomes, and other related functions.
