The grant program seeks to support the construction, expansion, or modernization of commercial facilities for the fabrication of semiconductors. This includes projects for front- and back-end fabrication of leading-edge, current-generation, and mature-node semiconductors. This initiative represents the first Notice of Funding Opportunity under this program.
