The primary goals of the ADRCs are to act as national resources for Alzheimer's disease and AD-related dementias research, to translate research findings into advancements in diagnosis and care, and to explore treatment and prevention strategies for AD/ADRD. Additionally, the ADRCs are expected to collaborate and coordinate with other research efforts funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), enhancing the collective impact on understanding and combating these conditions.
