The grant aims to advance research on the underlying pathophysiology of cognitive fluctuations in patients with Alzheimer’s Disease-Related Dementias (ADRD). It seeks applications that propose hypotheses for one or more etiologies behind these cognitive fluctuations. Such hypotheses should be capable of being measured through standardized assessments like clinical evaluations, blood tests, and electrophysiology, among others, across various time points and/or diagnoses. Applications that leverage digital measures for real-time tracking of cognitive fluctuations are particularly encouraged.
