    Overview

    The RHY Prevention Demonstration Program (RHY-PDP) aims to fund the design and implementation of community-based initiatives focused on preventing youth homelessness. The program encourages the formation and coordination of partnerships among youth and young adult service providers, community organizations, and both private and public agencies. Key objectives include identifying at-risk youth, developing comprehensive community-based prevention plans, and implementing prevention services tailored to the diverse needs of young people and their families at risk of homelessness.
