To foster health and well-being by providing federal leadership, partnership and resources for the compassionate and effective delivery of human services

    Type of Support

    Overview

The Street Outreach Program (SOP) is aimed at providing street-based services to runaway, homeless, and street youth who face the dangers of sexual abuse, prostitution, sexual exploitation, and severe forms of human trafficking. The initiative focuses on delivering these services in areas where at-risk youth are found, aiming to guide them towards making healthier life choices. SOP offers critical support by facilitating access to shelter and meeting basic needs such as food and hygiene products, alongside providing information on a variety of services that can aid them further.
