The Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs leads Department efforts to expand and strengthen the relationships between the people of the United States and citizens of other countries.
This grant program is designed to support EducationUSA advising services from 2024 to 2026 in Istanbul, Izmir, and the greater Marmara and Aegean regions of Türkiye. Its main purpose is to enhance student mobility between the United States and Türkiye by providing essential information to Turkish students about studying in the U.S., assisting Turkish universities in forming partnerships with U.S. counterparts, and aiding the U.S. Mission in offering insights into the U.S. higher education system to the Turkish government.
