    Overview

The grant program announced by the Public Diplomacy Section in New Delhi aims to develop and implement public diplomacy programs in association with the Nexus Start-up Hub at the American Center in New Delhi. The initiative targets the growing interest of the Indian business community in adopting U.S. entrepreneurial skills and values to enhance cultural and economic ties between India and the U.S. Specifically, the program seeks to equip emerging Indian business leaders with the skills needed to engage with Indo-Pacific investors and partners, with a special focus on the United States. To achieve this, the project plans to expand Nexus's reach across a broader and more diverse audience and provide knowledge and training on American incubator management practices to India's network of over 1,000 incubators. Activities will primarily take place at the American Center in New Delhi but will also include outreach and networking throughout India in collaboration with U.S. Mission India constituent consulates. The project outlines a one-year timeline to realize these objectives.
