The Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs leads Department efforts to expand and strengthen the relationships between the people of the United States and citizens of other countries.
The Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program supports projects that promote understanding of U.S. policy, culture, and values, enhance communication between U.S. and Lesotho citizens, and encourage bilateral cooperation. Proposals should include American cultural elements or connections with U.S. experts, organizations, or institutions.
