The Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs leads Department efforts to expand and strengthen the relationships between the people of the United States and citizens of other countries.
The PDS Monrovia grant program aims to support programs that enhance U.S.-Liberian ties. It welcomes proposals throughout the year from Liberian non-profit institutions, non-governmental organizations, or non-profit private or public academic institutions. These programs should focus on priority areas to strengthen the relationship between the two nations.
