    Overview

The grant program aims to better understand and address the needs within the Aging Network by supporting a cooperative agreement for documenting and reporting on the activities and expertise of Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs), Tribal Organizations, and other related organizations in health and the delivery of community-based services and supports. The initiative seeks to increase knowledge around ACL priorities - including caregiving, housing, diversity, equity, and inclusion, amongst other critical areas. The primary goal is to enhance the understanding of how AAAs, Tribal Organizations, and other relevant agencies are adapting, enhancing, and expanding services and supports to meet the current and future needs of older adults and their caregivers.
