The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) provides equitable health care to the nation’s highest-need communities. Our programs support people with low incomes, people with HIV, pregnant people, children, parents, rural communities, transplant patients, and the health workforce.
The purpose of this program is to support community-based organizations (CBOs) to implement, sustain, or expand programs or policies that focus on social and structural determinants of health (SSDOH). The ultimate goal is to improve maternal health outcomes and eliminate maternal health inequities.
