The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) provides equitable health care to the nation’s highest-need communities. Our programs support people with low incomes, people with HIV, pregnant people, children, parents, rural communities, transplant patients, and the health workforce.
The grant program aims to foster Community-Led Monitoring of HIV services at selected healthcare sites. Its principal goal is to enhance the effectiveness and responsiveness of the HIV/AIDS response as part of the initiatives supported by the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). This involves engaging local communities in monitoring efforts to ensure that HIV services are meeting the needs and expectations of those they serve.
