The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) provides equitable health care to the nation’s highest-need communities. Our programs support people with low incomes, people with HIV, pregnant people, children, parents, rural communities, transplant patients, and the health workforce.
The grant program aims to enhance the availability of high-quality, impartial, policy-relevant research that supports healthcare providers and decision/policy makers at all levels in understanding and addressing the challenges facing rural communities. Specifically, it focuses on generating insights and information that can be directly applied to improve healthcare services in rural areas.
