Reduce the impact of substance abuse and mental illness on America's communities.
The goal of this grant is to establish a National Center for Mental Health Dissemination, Implementation, and Sustainment. The program aims to improve the implementation of evidence-based change management processes in mental health services. This is to be achieved by setting up five bi-regional Mental Health Technical Assistance Centers, which will offer localized, targeted, and intensive technical assistance to CMHS grant recipients and other mental health service providers.
