The Conservation Innovation Grants (CIG) State Program aims to stimulate the development and adoption of innovative conservation approaches and technologies. Specifically targeting projects within the state of Connecticut, the program allocates up to $500,000 for the Connecticut CIG competition for the fiscal year 2024. Eligible non-Foreign, non-federal entities (NFEs) and individuals, excluding federal agencies, are invited to apply. Projects supported by this grant can range from one to three years in duration, with the maximum award amount for a single award in FY 2024 being $250,000.
