The grant program focuses on the potential availability of cooperative agreements to leverage NRCS resources for addressing local natural resource issues, encouraging collaboration, and developing state and community-level conservation leadership in Utah. Projects eligible for consideration should have durations between 1 and 5 years and aim at securing competitive cooperative agreement awards.
