This program supports the development of facilities that offer crucial services for the orderly development of communities in primarily rural areas with no more than 20,000 residents. The grants cover a wide spectrum of community facilities including healthcare, public safety, education, community support services, public facilities, and local food systems. Eligible uses of funds include purchasing, constructing, improving facilities, buying equipment, and covering related expenses.
